My name is Sebastian Perez and I'm the head behind the NEWBOAT project. I have been working for numerous big companies in the industry such as 3M, Menzerna, Presta and Malco since 2003. That gave me an opportunity to obtain a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the boat refit business that today differentiates us from other companies on the market.

Today, after 3 years working in the nautical sector for bigs companies, I have seen the need for captains and owners to hire true professionals.
